The Result app is designed to facilitate this process by accurately tracking a comprehensive range of activities. It records major movements such as walking, running, swimming, cycling, and general exercises.

Using sensors embedded in your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other compatible devices, the app calculates your daily physical activity to present an integrated overview of your efforts.

Note of limitation: devices such as the iPhone 5 and 5c lack a motion coprocessor, which means they cannot automatically measure activities. Users with these models can utilize other HealthKit-compatible apps to input activity data into the Health app for comprehensive tracking.
